disconnected from the server

    I have a premium accound and the next day not log into the game. The account to sing, butthe game says: You heve been disconnected from the server. Please login again.
    or white :Account is already in use.
    I also heve a second account (premium), but there is not a problem. once you log into the game.
    Player name where the sign is not : DualschopXY
    I can not connected to : 24.01.2017 :(
