Well, looks like NCWest staff already requested for KR to lower from 15 to 10 bosses the quest requirement..

 

y but knowing how long that takes its gona be 1-2 or more months untill problem gona be solved

 

here those raids is locked by donors aka EN. few weeks ago with friend we found one raid near giran, started to kill it and in few seconds appeared someone from EN, declared war, pk whole party and gg. that happened ~3 or 4 AM. and they kite those raids till 5am or more, later i went sleep, idk when they killed those raids..
for example here:

and you can check all EN heroes log, 2-3 pages of raids in same hour, counted once ~30 or 40 raids in 2 hours. so yes.. they not locked.

 

Why would the ending for any quest be given for granted to randoms? You play in a random clan, you don't finish quest.

 

yep. make even baylor only 1 per server, and only one STRONKEST PARTY OF SERVIDOR can enter to that instance.

 

To get top content like this you should fight for it, you can't fight for it you don't make it, just remember old noblesse quest / bosses and even when you needed to make dagger from baium, it will be same here, you cannot get it you don't get it, why should any random from PvE clan have access to everything in this game? you chose your way of going to random clan, no quests for you simple as that

from 1 side yes from another not rly.. if it will be last hit like was barakiel long time ago then u in en/th can have a same problem with it if "randoms" gona zerg
anyway untill we dont have the update we cant check, maybe it will be like make some hits and wait untill rb dies to get the info in that hunter book, maybe last hit, maybe most dmg, maybe for cc, maybe for 1 party who made last hit
there are 9 or 11 (different sources writes different things) farmable from instances, and if its last hit to party then partys gona run evi+dagers+sumoners to maximize hit count/sec on those open rb's
its not hard to get timings of spawns (enough to camp 1 rb 1day and another day find where the route starts) and make some partys to ks last hit, 1-2 partys can be pked.. but if "randoms" gona zerg with 10 partys i doubt sm1 gona make so much pk's everyday

 

so what is requirements to join EN to fight for end game content (lol this was good one, like there is competition when th split and left with 40 online)?
so back on requirements: it's enough 1 +10 1 +8 r99, 2 +8 r95 and rest with +8 tw. 3 pve and 5 tauti weaps? all 102-103lvl. oh wait.. there is no archers.. only wynn, dagger and evi.

i'm not talking about dragons, but about those raids who needed to that quest. and for pvp.. let's take for example vaevictims and their pl zerg from ally, the second when they get flagged they will die from 1 or 2 aoe from those farmers. so yep. gg.. and on raid to outdps titans with sos and 6lvl brooch rapso.. good luck with that. so about what competition you talking?

 

Read the post above you, the one from Cmec, he understood what I was talking about and gave few ideas on how it could help, there are more ways also like talking with the CL of the clan farming raids at the time and pay them some amount of adena just to complete those ( like it happened during baium time ago) or even some more ideas idk, the easy step is just to complain even before when those bosses comes and trying to take a shortcut and going the easiest way possible. Right now those bosses are made by EN, I can tell you that for sure TH/HB will make those quests / raids around 1 month after the update MAX, 100% for sure of that

 

Those old times with top clan w8ing and pking us when we were trying to go baium for the subclass....

 

baium and open raids was and is different storry, for 1 can controll by pking all(specialy first baiums that were with no nobleses and etc) and open field raids if few partys on barakiel was masacred if alot ppl camping then i doubt some clan will be rdy to pk that mass (even with 6th brooches and etc once u get 4pk mark u start being cautious that zerg can do some dps and on pk they dont flag so kill like rb)

well, need to know more about that quest part, if it's enough just to hit that raid like baium long time ago - it's ok. possible to do that. but if you need last hit it like barakiel... gl with tha. would be perfect option to spawn box or smth like was with cabrio/kernon/golkonda and toi3 raid just need to camp raids few days... anw it's still long way to 104 and 105 lvl. so it's task for half year
