I have an error while launching the game

When I click the Play button (Lineage II Helios), There is an error popping up before the welcome screen appear. The Spinning Wheel, Splash Screen and the Frost seems to be working and when the game loads, it shows only black screen and the pop up message will appear saying:

Did you install DirectX of 9.0 version?
