Frost Security Error

My problem is that I format my pc, install everything as it corresponds to update the windows to SP1, but at the time of entering the game, I disconnect the Frost Security,Just disconnects me : "You have been disconnected by Protection system "
Now, I do not use antivirus, besides the Firewall is turned off.
I do not know what to do, because with Windows 7 Prosessional 32bit I had no problem to play.
Try several things but no results. I need help, since playing with the Wind of 32 I can not use all the ram and now it disconnects me.
