Continues disconect's in game

Hello,

My brother expierincing a weird disconect's. He log's into the game and after 1min or less get's disconected. He tryied different account's and it was the same.

So we took theese step's to fix problem:

* he restarted router and pc (he using cable not WiFi btw) - problem didn't solved
* he unnistaled game and reinstaled it again - problem didn't solved
* he deleted 'Frost' folder and made 'Restore game' - problem didn't solved
* he deledted 'Frost' and 'system' folder and made 'Restore game' - problem didn't solved
* he downloaded 'check4game 2.1.5' and runned it with administrator and made theese configurations:
** check with files .cinn found 1 error - File is not found | Frost\launcher.exe
** check Unwanted files found few files and removed them by auto advice from program
** Network Diagnostic - no errors we found
** Frots - no errors we found
** WinMTR - no errors all were smooth
** Process Diagnostic (Log will be at the end of topic.)

After making all theese he made 'Restore game' in website because there were Erorr instead of 'Play' button, after restoration launched the game but problem persisted after less then 1min he got disconected again. He activelly playing other MMO/Online games and dont have problems there, internet connection is stable, even in Core after logging in everything goes smooth no laggs or delays, just unknow disconect's.
