Banned for inactivity?

I remember getting banned several years ago (around 2013-14) for...? Logging in, checking a few things in the L2 store, then logging back out? That was when I have not been logging in for some time, logged in, checked a few things in the store and logged back out. I decided to return to the game several months later, but I found my account banned and in the account history it said I got banned around last time I logged in for "violating the User agreement". I logged back in at a later time and my account was not banned and there was no ban in the history. I also have e-mail in Russian from that time saying that I added some funds to my account. Now my account is banned again and I do not have any new e-mail about that.

 

Please send a ticket to support about the reason of ban. We don't discuss bans on the forum.
