As Lashian said, best for current mass pvp / oly meta it's going to be dispa+undying will. Savage is not worth it, since it add close to no pattack (not much pattack affecting dmg formula anyways), and you're getting reduced a lot of pdef/mdef and it's not like you have best survivality / defenses anyways
