My account got hacked yesterday afternoon, I can not log my account (the mofo managed to change my email... F*@&!@!@)
Already sent mail to support and Fragola... hope they can solve this asap

I sent the ticket on Sunday and no reply yet and I am getting really REALLY worried about my char and items

In case it was real hack and not account sharing , in case items get destroyed or anything they will be able to recover them. It might take up to 10 working days to answer to tickets but it usually takes 2-3 max

Team replies withing 10 days MAX, as for your case, you sent the ticket on Sunday late evening, it was investigated on Tuesday and Wednesday, but I don't want to share the results on the forum, you should have gotten the reply from GM already.

They recovered my account but without my char and items ) after 5 days of waiting... got back an empty account
