TODAY date 19/04/2017 20:40 i was DC from server and still can't log in i use pass Embryo what i pay 1,5 euro ADMIN GIVE ME BACK MY 0,3% on 104 ? Or still will give stupid tersi who can't recplace lose 800kkk exp hmm? Now i'm piss off and i think to do fight in Pay Pal to refund and block your trade right in UE for use Pay Pal . I WONA MY PASS BACK !!!! its silly.

PS: i understnad when lose my try when no pay BUT I PAY FOR THAT !!!!

Are you seriously mocking the guy that he wants to be compensated properly for money spent in a service he did not receive? It goes without saying that if the server has issues and you spent money or normal in-game currency/items/whatever, you have to be compensated, and comments like this one are making you, not him, look bad. And yeah, some general recompenses like tersi or angel's cat are a pure useless joke.

 

reivax is that one odd guy who manages to cry about every single L2store option while simultaneously using all of them.

every time i get any kind of this problems i use the support , yes they are a bit slow with the answers but if you do it correct they always give a solution
so first try to use the support and wait if they dont care about you then you can make this kind of mad kid post

I dont agree with a lot of things what reivax says but i understand his frustration. When we pay innova we demand properly service from them. ONline server without crash/dc/down log in site etc. And lot of ppl will agree with me that this terisi/cat is lol recompensation when we stand 2h at kartia npc to enter instance. I think innova start to be greedy (start new server without preparations / trying new update) and in consequences customers (players) are hurt. Making x2 exp to shut up players when there r problems with server stability and kartia instance is also fail. Like my grandpa says "for some ppl thinking is pain so they dont think". Innova also have such problem.

 

If you wait 2 hours to enter kartia, dont go kartia, go lvl outside, theres mobs to kill and xp to earn.

 

1 kartia give more exp then 3h exp outside at 95lv
