Can't login in my account!

Hello,
I have problems logging in with my account. It keeps saying wrong password, however, when I tried to reset my password and I get to the point of receiving an SMS, I never receive it! I tried couple of times even with different browsers and waiting aprox 30 mins, I just never get it.
Can't even use the support tickets because I have to be logged in!
Please help!

 

Create new account and submit a ticket to support.

I can't make a new account because I didn't receive the email either. Problems goes on. . .

 

Did you use new, valid email address?
Checked spam folder?

 

Yeah, I'm gonna give it another 30 mins and if it doesn't show up I'll reply here again. The system might be slow or something...
