Character lays down in black and white

Hi, my main character lays down in black and white color in login. Can't do anything. already submited 2 tickets, nobody is answering.

no it's not, yesturday i tried to check how long takes to delete the character. And i got message that I can't delete it cause of active auction. so char was alive. Today I logged in and seen this.

it may take 2 days? why I'm paying them for premium.. They need to be faster on this.

Just got anwer from GM:

"Your character has been blocked for 24 days for receiving adena from another character that was witnessed accumulating in-game currency with the help of third party software"

I'm not received any adena... wtf.. Check double!! I lost for this wrong deccision 1 day allready.. Nice very nice!!

 

Continue discussion with that GM. Noone on Forum could help you more.

 

I'm receiving only from My character that are selling items on auctions. All from same IP. Check double..
