Buy Premium and Premium activation Problem!!!

Ok, so I want to start a thread, because my tickets are unassigned for 4 days now...
I Never had PA on this account, so naturally, when the 50% discount offer me 3 months of PA at 11.25 euro I was fast to buy it. After the buy, because of my stupid browser that got stuck, I realized I had activated by mistake only one month PA and had only about 6 euro left on my credit (from 11.25). I posted a ticket, and the account balance was restored (got all my 11.25 euro back) and the one month activated PA was canceled. BUT NOW I LOST THE 50% DISCOUNT probably because the server thinks I am not a first time PA buyer, and can't activate the 3 months PA at 11.25 euro because it costs the full price of 22.5 euro. So I posted 3 more tickets and it's been 4 days and no one was assigned to any of them.
I know it's part my fault for activating one month by mistake... but the sistem of activation is so bad for first time buyers and the instructions are very few and hard to find. Plus I don't understand why when the first ticked was posted, the decision to cancel my PA was made... I just wanted 3 months instead of 1, it was much simpler to activate my 3 months PA and delete the remaining euros in my account.
