Clan Cloak

I have been busy for the past hour, trying desperate to add a pic to my clan cloak but failed miserably.

I followed every step from this post http://boards.lineage2.com/showthread.php?t=248045&highlight=paint.net

But cant make it work and im out of ideas by now.
Anyone know and can make a step-by-step for dummies?

 

It have to be proper size and proper kind of file.

 

I made the it max 256 pixels at any side and saved it as tga, even tried to save it as bgm but nothing worked.

Should i have saved it into l2 system folder btw? Is that where i went wrong?

Oh well, i tried everything and i cant get it to stick to my cloak so f**k it.
