I was disconected from server and when i entered see that cannnot take character because seems like i have char ban or something, fix it!
Open a ticket on support since this issue cannot be dealt onto the forum: https://eu.4gamesupport.com/ If character was banned (grey and cannot be selected) and you didn't receive any email about it, ask for the reason in the ticket.
