Change sa weapon

U can change only whit sa of same lv or un can put in a sa whit better lv?

 

You can change your current SA with any level crystal you want, just keep in mind below level 3 you won't be able to get PvP damage increase

 

Ty yestarday in game a Guy tell me its no possible.
Only change whit same lv and he if buy my weapon need clean my sa (lv3)and buy again 60 gem r and not 10 how i tell.

it's normal blacksmith in any town, 3rd option and then if I'm not wrong 2nd option
