disconnected error

    Hello since last friday, when load a new client while I am in screen selection the second I choose server I get disconnect error(you have been disconnected from the server).

    I tried to restart pc, repair the client, reinstall the client but still nothing.

    I see no Internet issues here. Try to add th client in anti-virus exceptions. If not help, make ticket in Support (https://eu.4gamesupport.com/).

    I filled a ticket 5 days ago... and today I got my answer. To remove any vpn I use. I don't use vpn.
    Also I remove antivirus and still nothing. I even try to disable firewall.

    And at the end of the diagnostic I am getting error...

    You mean the one with PTS? It's OK.

    You could try to post the result of process diagnostics from the same utility here. May be it will give some clue.

    It's a PTS statistics. You should not be able to connect it, that's OK.

    Correct me if I am wrong, but, I think I am not the only one who has this problem.
    It happened 10 days ago, friday was the day after a server disconnect spree.
    Support answers every 2 - 3 days. With this tempo problem will be fixed in months.
    Can someone help me ?

    In case of non-available of one server while able to login into another the official position is: issue to Support. That's all, sorry.
