Hair Accessorry +3str + P Crit Dmg

Hi all,

I am evis and currently thinking to buy Hair accessorry +3str + P Crit damaged. Is it good option for evis? as +3 str + 5% p att is to expensive thinking to get that one?
Is this accessorry the best option instead of the +3 str +5% p att?

Or there is a different accessorry would be the best?

if not +3str+patk then better keep exalted tiara.

 

can see that Korean guys are saying, since Helios evis should focus on Crit Damaged from that update

 

like additional 90 crit dmg is a big deal..
