Trusted PC - Not accepting Phone Number

    Hi guys,

    I have two accounts on Innova. I would like to use my phone number for the trusted pc authentication but it doesn't let me use it. It says only one account can be linked to a phone number. But its not forbidden for one player to have two accounts. I think they should fix this and allow us to have multiple accounts under one phone number.

    "It's not supported by the system at this point." Is what the CM said when it was announced that everybody will be forced to use trusted PC.

    I cannot play anymore due to your mandatory Trusted-PC feature. Deactivate it, please.
    And why tickets reporting this disappear?

    Hey @Cryptowitch,

    You have a great point there and as a player I totally understand the situation when you want your accounts to be safe but you have to use separate phone numbers - unfortunately, it's impossible on the current 4game account platform, but we're discussing with our web team a possibility to implement this in the future. Until then, please use email to secure your account. Gmail, for example, can provide a great security and supports same phone numbers for it.
