    well this server have few strange things. for example world shout. you can shout only 95+ with non PA char, and 85 PA. non PA have 5 shouts, PA 10. with exalted quest done non PA have 10 shouts, PA have 20. also fishing..
    and worst part is with boxing..

    U can buy PA from adena ,but it means giving an acc to stranger person.
    All on your own risk,u wont be refunded ,if anything weird happens.
