memory error

    Hello guys soz for bad english. Lets start i download i play perfectly the game but when i try to restart the game or close it an error appears 0x0000055dc4d something and memory could not be read. when i close the message my pc stuck and i have to turn it off by the button of the tower. help my i think im destroying my pc... ?
