Enhanced boss jew: how to make?

    Hello everyone, anyone know how to make some normal jew like Istina earring to Enhanced Istina earring Warrior/Wizard? Need some quest/item? From where?
    Btw, is even better jew "enhanced" with "normal" jew?

    You have to visit the NPC to the instance and it has an option to upgrade your items.
    You will need the original jewel and 10 crystals from the epic/hard version of the boss, so 10 times you have to kill them (Epic Istina / Epic Octavis).
