Compensation for network issues on October 18

Dear players,

We are sorry for the inconveniences caused by the network issues yesterday on October 18, when the website and the game were unavailable.

All players will be compensated as follows:

• If you have an active PA, you will be added 1 day of PA.
• Tersi will appear at 15:00 and 18:00 CEST (6h in total)
• Angel cat will appear for 24h at 15:00 CEST

So No PA users dont got PA (like usually when u fail something)?

Lf some video footage how this compensation discussions looks like, for real.

 

You don't pay for PA you don't get PA ...
That's how it should have always been.

Thank you. I reinstall 4game app and will try again.

 

After turning on another pc I saw 4game app needs update. I disabled 4gameapp services and enabled again . then update button appeared. Now everything works normal. Thank you.
