In this experiment an influence of M. Def. on debuff land rate is going to be tested. Attacker (Wizard): 99 lvl Feoh Storm Screamer, having all skills, without any buffs. Equipment: Helios Retributer Attacker (Archer): 99 lvl Yul Ghost Sentinel, having all skills, without any buffs. Equipment: Helios Thrower Target: 99 lvl Yul Ghost Sentinel, having all skills, without any buffs. Equipment: Eternal Jewelry Set +10 (depending on the test) During the experiment, Slow Shot and Death Fear were used on the trget. In the first part of the experiment, there was no jewelry on the target and its M. Def. was 1333, while in the second part the target character was wearing Eternal Jewelry Set +10, and M. Def. was 3510. The land rate is stated below: Skill 1333 3510 Death Fear 81,4% 80,2% Slow Shot 88,0% 87,2% Summary: as it can be seen from the results, even a huge increase in M. Def. hasn’t influenced debuff land rate.
Arent debuffs based on some specific traits and mdef wont help against them? Isn't mdef to lower dmg from matk only?
xD 2k mdef is huge increase. Can you make a proper test with 10k vs 15k mdef and proper debuffs? Like Storm screamer Elemental Burst?
We collect requests from RU and EU versions, do the experiments and then translate them. RU naturally generates more requests, so it's normal that you haven't seen the request here at EU.
