Greetings. After reading the post from the staff, I have no other choice than to open this thread. I am sorry but I payed for several runes on l2store, that were active today, and for which I had no use due to the down time, I do not think the compensation is either fair nor acceptable. The website has been down for around 9 hours. We have a double exp event going, and we are getting the same compensation than last time, while in fact we lost much more. I will naturally make a ticket to support about this, but in the meantime, feel free to let me know if my words can be heard here.
