How to make a R95 dualsword???

I go to the blacksmith and he says that i need to find the blacksmith of mammon or go to the capital.

I go to the capital and the blacksmith there says that only can craft dual swords after C grade,nothing more.

And blacksmith of mammon is in an unknown location. So how????

 

go to gludio airship wrath or how it's called. and talk with ishiuma.

 

I talk to Ishiuma but he does not leave me to craft a dual sword,where is the blacksmith of mammon or the npc to craft the holy R95 dual sword???

Again says Ishiuma,but that NPC does not have the option to make R95 dualsword. Or i do not see the option.

Ok found it. Now other doubts:

Can i put soulcrystal grade 3 or 4,attribute stones,and enchants weapon in different order???? I mean first soulcrystal,later enchant weapons and later attribute stones???? This do not make my dual blunt (dual blunt cus i do not find apocalipse cutters x2,but yes apocalypse avengers x2) crystallize????

In other words,does the order of do those things matters????

Also,for put a soul cristal to my dual blunt,how i can do it???? And what soulcrystal i must put to my dual blunt weapon for have critical damage augmented or atk speed????

For what i read,i must put Lionel soulcrystal,but i want to stay sure.

Finally,last questions: how to make my R95 armor to attack type???? Also,does matter if i enchant first the armor to +3 and later put the attack type to this armor???? I mean,like weapons,does the order matters????

Too much questions,but i am taking seriously my Iss,and i will arrive to high lvls to my Iss,so i will equip it the best possible.
