    So when is that targeted day is comming? Even NCvest do more free stuff then Russian...

    It has been said that Red Libra will take place in October and be here in November. Red Libra is a two weeks event, unless we get some modified version.

    Taking that into account, the only possibilities where a two-week event is both in October and November (assuming maintenances on Tuesdays or Wednesdays only) are:

    23.10 - 6.11
    24.10 - 7.11
    30.10 - 13.11
    31.10 - 14.11

    That applies only if there are no unannounced changes to the schedule.
