Hello, I went back to playing the European server a few days ago, I have an account where my main character is at level 100/99, there was a problem with it, I clicked teleportation to a city, but it got a dark screen and so far I can not log in, it had happened on the ramona server, I sent a ticket for the support, I was told that the port 2106 was blocked, but I tried another connection and the error persisted, I would like help to solve this error, I do not want to lose my profits.
