Both works on dagger dmg, I think p.skill crit dmg do a bit higher dmg for daggers, but still p.critical dmg also works fine for exemple on augment you can keep p.critical dmg will be kinda ok if you are going to get 3sa, my advice is HP one, to a bit more of surviver ability, but if you are 100% pve go for tyrr for a bit more dmg
