Error 701-730

    If you face one of the 700+ errors (except 725, there is a separate manual for it), try to perform the following recommendations:

    1) Try to run the game in another browser
    2) Clear your browser cache files → instruction
    3) Ensure that extensions are disabled → instruction
    4) Reinstall the 4game application (the button Update 4game in the lower left corner of the Play page)
    5) Make a process diagnostic → instruction
    6) Restart 4game-service → instruction
    7) Check your computer for viruses with Dr. Web Cureit utility (make a screenshot after checking)
    8) Remove the "Read-only" tag from the game folder
    9) Check the hosts file content → instruction
    10) Clear the C: \ Windows \ Temp folder
    11) Remove the Frost folder from the game folder and perform the Game Restoration on the Play page

    After making the changes it is necessary to make a full system restart.

    Please ssend the following files:
    1) The list of processes and services, launched on your PC (From check4game Process Diagnostic)
    2) C:\Windows\Temp\zptr\logs\service\4game-service.log
    3) All files from %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\Temp\zptr\logs\updater
    4) The results of checks in Dr. Web utility (screenshot).
