When character get chatban send email, or in game mail to that character with info from when and for how long that ban is applied, and reason for what that chatban was applied..
when i get answer from support that chatban was over. and reasons... well... that's ridiculous. but it's fine. since heavyweight donors always had better support.. tell him "go away fool" and bam. 5 or 10h chatban. he says same to you. he gets cookie.
Not true, they get chat banned as much as everyone, if you produce a valid ticket. You can check the duration left ingame, unless it bugs (which happens rarely, but happens), but almost everyone who gets a chatban would like to know the reason, so they can become better people (XD). It sounds much more player-friendly, and easier for the Support, to send an ingame mail or real email to a chatbanned character with the reason at the same moment the chat ban is issued. Getting a ticket asking for reason which they answer by default few days later probably requires them to find the case and the reason anyway, and is inefficient.
how? and what bugs? atm its only 2 ways to figure out or your char get chatban 1 - try to #1 $1 @1 in chat (to write in party clan or ally chat). if it's appears in white chat. gz, you win a prize. 2 - pm from alt char, then character who writes to you see message in system window that guy what you want to talk have restricted chat options. this actually should be fixed somehow when only friends or clan members can pm you, because now they can trashtalk you while you under chatban and you can't say them nothing. anw verb should try to play tanks for a few days, there he can collect so much insults that he can be busy for a few months writing petitions
When you log, the first message on system chat, above the Core greeting (thats why its usually scrolled over), says time left of chat ban
i'm not playing atm. but still getting chatbans from time to time. like few days ago got it for something what i said like 1 or 2 weeks ago...
