You can find an unofficial calculator for this event, and many more events, built based on official chances from Korea, at http://e-repo.pl/paytowin.php . It's decent and shows results similar to tests we made in-game, but keep in mind some results may vary and there is no guarantee we have same chances as Korea.
like 5 minutes ago i failed 24 x from stage 6 to +7 xD and after this made 4 x regular +5 and noble +5 with 56 scrolls korean chances
this is worse than last event ... ppl need blessing/energy mainly .... now to get a blessing you need to buy 120E pack while last time you could get it from 69Pack and get lucky on the tarots .....
Didn't know that 69E is not cheaper that 120E to get same amount of Sayha Blessings not to mention you had 35 Free tarots for a chance to get more blessings.
I sometimes feel like most of these problems (except the overprice on every L2Store event ever - at least according to SOME players opinions including mine) could be solved by having a control group of 1-3 trusted players who know the market and the game quite well. Asking them "how will this event affect the market" ~week before, so you have time to do fallout-prevention changes, might be a good idea. Just a lil feedback
This time we got the promo for a bit less than 50% more expensive than RU while circlets of power were x2+++, so there is a possibility that they start listening to our feedback. I am not sure if the chances are worse from last sayha promo but if they are the same I salute. I hope they continue like this, no major rework is needed just bring the value of items down and you'll start getting a positive response. You made so many quit, it's time to start bringing them back.
I understand ebayers which shun tarots and want more sayha packs per eur, this event was for their feedback and I think it is right, we already got 7signs, baium soul, wyrm, banthy and bvalakas, abu 4, not to mention longing and whatnot, the prices are decent now. Overall, good thinking, I just hope it is not too late.
The ones who feed them already got those items and just want the new content, if you want to sell more tarots to help newcomers just put a discount on them. The last sayha+tarot mixed promo was a bad idea and they wanted to test it on Core, RU had sayha packs only. It shouldn't be too late but the recovery takes time, patience and of course more effort. It took a long time to destroy the game so it should take a while to also bring it back at a good state.
I personally wanted more tarots, but we already got that part, now it is time for the ebayers to get what they wanted. It is only fair, and Innova has been able to show they can listen. BTW, I am sorry they lost to Croatia, an England vs Russia game would have been epic.
