Not anymore, can be entered with 5 people. It shows when was the last time you relied on farming instead of l2 store.
I have said 'REAL REQUIREMENTS'. If you go to an instance which gives 60kk adena to each participant, and you plan to do it one time in your life, it's a waste to go with 5 people instead of 7 and lose 120kk. noted, I forgot about that one since Zaken isn't worth doing lategame, it's good for starters
If you check the L2Wiki page, it's 47 millions + a reward of your choice, one of them being EWR + EAR which you can sell easily. If you get a friend dwarf however, here's a...
