Install Button Bug

I tried to logging and only appear Install Button
I was playing yesterday and today I can't, I did not made any changes in my browser, PC, etc.
Already tried:
- restart PC
- refresh page (about 1.000 times)
- run as admin cmd and then
net stop 4game-service
net start 4game-service
- run check4game (2.2.6) with all checks
- I'm not using Avast, Ubar, extensions
- I'm using google chrome
and still losing my subscription

 

1. Make sure you have the latest version of Chrome then
2. Open the website on https://eu.4game.com/lineage2/play/
3. Re-download and install again the 4game-app
4. Open Task Manager (CTRL+ALT+DELETE) and navigate to Services Tab.
5. The 4game-service should be close to top of the list, stop it (right click -> stop)
6. Confirm that you have an error on the website (710 if I recall).
7. Wait 10 seconds and start the service again
8. Click on the [Update] below the Error code
9. You should see the Play button now or after a refresh or 2.

This works for me every time I get this problem.
You didn't say that you tried reinstalling 4game app so might be worth a shot.

If it doesn't help then maybe your Windows updated overnight and you need to re-add 4game to the Firewall whitelist?

I uninstalled 4game app this time, nothing
My Windows don't update without my consent...

I just checked and I have the same issue but in Firefox 0_O

However, everything's working just fine in Opera. Did you try other browsers?
It seems Chrome had a new version release yesterday evening marked as a beta, it could be that you somehow allowed the beta updates and the newest one is simply not supported by 4game yet.

Oh I just realized it could be that for some reason your 4game app forgot where your L2 is installed. Try to 'install' the game into the same folder it is now, and when it starts close your browsers and restart the service again. Then run the browser. The app should check what files you have in that folder and determine that your game is installed. This is my last idea from the ordinary ones.

Didn't know 4game has files there, thats interesting ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)
