Problems with resolution after reinstalling L2 Client

Hello, i reinstall the game client because i got problems with lag in last siege, and after that i got problems with resolution of client.
I allways played with my monitor with native resolution 3840x2160, but ingame i have 1920x1080 and never got problems.
Now when i log in, i cant see chat, bar skills, buff bar etc, because if rly little, and same with inventory etc. I know the game, take automaticaly the resolution of my monitor, but i want to know how to change the resolution ingame to get 1920x1080.

I check all post with same problems or problems with resolutions, and nothing helped me, i rly tryed all, change resolution on Option.ini, change system from another playe who has 1920x1080 resolution, i tryed with 1920x1080 on my monitor and login, and nothing change. Maybe someone can help me, to understand where is the problems, or how to solve that, ill be glad of some help rly.

The problem start again, now when im playing full window mode and can chooose between resolutions, but when i play in windowed mode, resolution change to 2k and iconbars, etc are rly rly small. I need help because i play 99% of time in windowed mode. And when im in windowed mode if i change the resolution, only change height of window.
