Frostbite doesnt let me play

Hello, just installed 4game center app and Started But after 2 mins of game frostbite get me disconnected.
I read about Logitech keyboards issues? Probably because of that?

 

uninstalled logitech g110 software , changed also keyboard, but nothing changed.I log in and after 30 secs it gets me disconnected.

 

It could be anything. Any process trying to interfere into game one is suspected. It could be virus, antivirus or anything. You have three (not excluded) options:
* find bad program by yourself: check for virus via CureIT or anything, add exclusions to antivirus preferences etc;
* post result of process diagnostics here from check4game utility (https://eu.4gameforum.com/threads/5439/);
* issue to Support.
