Is it against law to buy PA codes for in game cash aka adena ?

 

Yes it is. But no1 will know(ok, maybe after your post they might know).

 

There aren't PA codes for EU, only Innova can give them and they aren't into that.

 

Why Ru servers has this service but no EU?

 

The technology isn't available yet. Or in other words, Innova isn't interested and motivated to do so.

In the eula you confirm you are old enough. Now true or not Innova can't check and have no reason to do so.

 

Hmm and still control panel on site asks for your age, yet still youre allowed to press play even you put that you are underage.

Do you or Innova read their own agreement? When was the last time you banned anybody for account sharing under which other multiple people "gain advantage from it"? Even after people bragged on the forums nothing was done except you deleting the said posts

Breaking your EULA has become so tolerated and everybody does whatever the **** they want because Innova is trying to combine two of their worst (Innova and Ncwest)

 

account sharing was bannable long time ago. they stoped investigating it because players reported non stop others for account sharing. so they said it's still not allowed but they won't investigate like they did before. and you are responsible if you get scamed etc.

 

Can you read? It means you can't sell in-game Services or transfer them for benefits outside the game or blocked inside the game. Which means that account sharing would be perfectly legal, because it's a benefit inside the game, except it's disallowed by another Rule, but that rule is not always penalized when broken, it's that simple. From what I remember, when the change was made, the GMs said "as long as you don't admit account sharing in a ticket, we won't investigate". There was a case of one player on Lilith that got scammed and deleveled to 85 and GMs returned everything but banned him for 1 week because the scam was due to account sharing.

As for the PA discussion:
It means if they made an item that gives PA and it is giftable/tradable, it would be perfectly ok with this point of the EULA. If they don't, then paying Adena ingame to a guy who logs on your website account to give Euros is still against the EULA because you get a benefit outside the game scenario (adena ingame transferred for real Euros, basically RMT)
