PLS NEED HELP WANT TO PLAY THIS EVENT THANK YOU

so i`ll start from beginning.


i lost my email-> sent ticket for email change from the account in question -> they replied to me positively and send me an activation link on my new email address -> saw link too late it expired -> asked around gm`s and people from staff, sent mail to 4game support and they replied to me that my answer lies in the ticket number xxxxxxxxxxxxx. and i don`t have access to that ticket cos i don`t have access to my account to access the ticket.

what i don`t understand is: why doesn`t support resend the link on the new email address that i asked for in the ticket ? on the same email address that they already sent once !

anyway that is just a question i have.

second question: what do i do next ? i want to play. and i would like to play before this event ends.
