We will explain you about the name changing process. Situation 1 To change the name you need to buy a Name Change Ticket. Then you need to create a first level character with the nickname that you would like to have and to write a ticket to support. How the process will be going on: Support specialist will swap the names of two characters. For example, I would like to change Yumi (lvl 50) to Yumi2 (lvl 1). Support specialist will give the lvl 50 character name Yumi2 and name Yumi to the lvl 1 character. Lvl 1 character will be suspended. It means that the player will not see this character anymore in the character lobby and will not be able to use the old nickname (Yumi, in our example). Please, pay attention that suspended character DOES NOT mean deleted. If you want to have this character back, you need to buy one more ticket and you will see this suspended character with an old nickname again. If after that you want to use the old nickname on some other character, you can simply delete this lvl 1 character. Situation 2 You have two high level characters. The process is the same except for creating lvl 1 character, as it is not needed in this case. You just need to buy two Name Change Tickets, so that you can continue to use both characters.
