Attention! Hero chat issue

dear users,

we would like to address heroes and all those who intend to become one some day.
we are letting you know that should you decide to advertise selling/buying of ingame elements for non-ingame funds by other people in hero chat, you are still subject to permanent character blocking, as stipulated in para 9.1. in 'violations and penalties'.
please remember that and refrain from actions of such nature.
