its for party, so open party room and try create own party, also i think with this level you can do nightmare kamaloka instance, daily faction quests in giant cave, elven village, garden of spirits, rafinery near atelia and also atelia is faction. If you open room for faction, more people join. Just do all of them everday and don't wait for ohter people to create party, you need to make it.
i guess the wiki is wrong, it says Atelia is solo area that made me belive they changed the mobs in newest patch. i haven't played for long time^^ thanks for your help
Wiki is most probably wrongly translated as in some patch notes/ wiki etc they call refinery also atelia , whereas you are more likely to farm solo , but yet again it requires some decent gear
1st mobs in GC better exp than hb and more safe. all depend what gear do you have, feoh with good gear can solo refi from 103+
