NPCs who teleport you to 2nd floor Cruma Tower are bugged.

    i couldn't find any "bug section" and also petitions were closed so i decided to post it here.

    i can't talk to npc rombel who should teleport you to the 2nd floor because he is standing on the ledge of the elevator. i mean, that's not a normal place where he should stay. please fix it because players can't teleport to the 2nd floor in cruma tower.
