No, chance is same on any lvl. You have limit 300 l-coins per day, and its impossible to reach the limit, even if you play 24/7. Only if you farm AoE, then its possible. But if you farm AoE, you dont need these 300 coins, cause you have much more from donate, cause its impossible to farm AoE without donate. I mean, real donate, not just 1 box
You would need more than that but anyway and then what would you need for a pvp 70+ char lol, then your talking big money. This server is nothing short of a scam I am shocked it's even allowed. It's a new low even for NCsoft.
