~Best healer?

    Which healer is ~best?

    I saw in other threads they say Elven Healer is best or something.
    Isn't Human healer best?
    If Elven healer best, then why? What good skills he has?
    How about Dark Elf healer?

    SE - have stigma/mass stigma/mass root/mass shackle - offensive/AOE healer/AOE debuffer
    EE - good healer in pvp/mpvp, top soloexp healer, nothing else
    BP - top heal-count, 3 save buffs, worst solo-exp healer
