How to buff others?

    I'm playing as Blade Dancer on Red server, I am trying to buff my party members by targeting them and clicking on my buff skills but it still buffs only me.

    Is there a way to buff them?

    Nope.

    Dances are selfbuffs. Same as songs on sws.
