What sort of incompetency is this? Added free brooch and jewels to the game, then removed them because "We have to carry out additional maintenance at 10:50 CEST to remove 3-day stones Lv.5 (old type) because they have not to be available in our current version."

You guys need to sort your **** out, people won't spend their time and money if silly **** like that happens. This certainly deterred me from spending.

Also, players had to write up and translate patch notes that include the information that we need to know, not Innova. Once again, I understand that this is a business and you're trying to make money, but you need to provide value and service to your customers. Hosting a server and calling it "official/main version" is not enough...

    You're too arsh.
They receive the files directly from NCSoft, Korea.
They've only a licence for ru and eu to run videogames.
If you want to say something you have to write it in korean but they won't give a damn about you nor about me.

    About the manteinance.
It wasn't necessary because those jewels do have all an expire date, 3 days from the very moment you purchase them.
It was only an act of "purysm".

About the patchnotes. I can agree with you, but most important of all, on a daily basis, it's the wiki and not a wall of text.
On this innova has to work but we can say it politely.

That is polite, there's a difference between being rude and straight forward. There's no need to sugar coat it. If I'm expected to pay for a service in order to enjoy it, they need to provide that service.
I don't mind dropping a certain amount of money, but they have to facilitate the service and ensure their customers enjoy it. The excuse that they receive files directly from NCSoft is not valid, because if that would be the case, why would they provide a service if they know the service is ****?

If you go to a shop and try to buy something, but the business can't provide you information that you require, would you buy from them or go somewhere else...?

Its a pay to play/pay to win game, they need to have certain quality standards. I've worked for many companies and I can't believe the incompetency and lack of communication particularly in the MMO business...

The only argument i have vs innova atm and tbh is that they should have published the patchnotes at the launch day
and they should have been uploaded the wiki the very same day.

All in all if the players aren't buying some things from the l2 store [namely agathions, cloacks and the like] it's because they don't even know
what those things are for. It's money innova atm is loosing so all in all they are hurting themselves

About the manteinance i do repeat myself it wasn't necessary at all
Keep in mind that they see things from the server side and not from the client one.
I bet someone told of the old lvl 5 jewels on discord and they react promptly just to be purist and not because it was a doomsday thing.

    Dear @Bermuda1!
Free 3-day Lv4. stones (new type) were not removed. Please, don't be confused. We've removed only old type 3-day stones, which have shown up instead of the new type stone by mistaken.
All information about the game can be found and read in the game. L2wiki is an additional tool, but not a compulsory resource. If you look at Korean versions, they don't have databases at all.
