Cant add macro into auto fight slot

I managed to add Macro into auto battle slot once. I have decided to remove it and can't add new macro to auto-battle slot anymore. When I drag and drop the macro on the slot, nothing happens... Any solution to this?

 

Remove the placed macro and put the new one. You have to remove the one that you have first always at any change. Just drag it out of the box.

 

It doesn't let me to remove it. I drag it away and it still remains..

 

maybe you have locked the shortcuts bar?
try to open the lock on the bottom-right side of the bar. otherwise, when the lock is on, you can't remove/change/customize the shortcuts from both main bar and auto bar slots.
