Tattoos and their limit

    i can't find any info regarding tattoos, so i'll just ask here: are those setup like in Classic, wich means a single stat can be boosted to a maximum of +12, or the system has changed yet again in Essence?

    any reliable info will be much appreciated.

    You can go for +12 and even more i guess
