Although I can undestand innova for a while innova has to understand us, paying players. On the lcoins store there's a promo regarding the jewel boxes We don't even know which effect a certain type of jewel has and you do a promo on a ??????????????????????? It's russian and not alien language. And Innova employees are supposed to speak russian. Yeah ok moonstone = more xp/sp but the other jewels which effect do they have? So please make an effort at least for the goods you are trying to sell to us.
Yea this is right, they push us to pay for things we dont know or we have to translate from russia. Money grab. We shoould BUMP this topic and wait for some OFFICIAL REPLY?

@Kyberal , we don't have wiki for Essence at the present moment. Each player can contribute articles about the game on the forum if he wants.
@Artchem Please it's really simple Would you buy in Russia a good with instructions in Thai yes or no? To us from Eu Thai is much more understandable than russian. It takes time but as sign of good will you, as Innova, can build the wiki adding sections for every product you put on offer, step by step. If you didn't noticed both servers are full of kids who turn perma red at lvl 60 as soon as they understand they need to spend real money to buy a blue wolf heavy set to survive to one of the 65+ exping zones. The others, the adults with a salary, would like to buy the goods you are selling but we, from EU, aren't like the NA folks with the cow sindrome [aka milk us please] We are used to spend our money choosing from different options and knowing what we are buying. Please reconsider your choice.
