It's time to diversify your hunting... with a word game. No-no, we're not offering to play Scrabble. We'll have to make up words, of course. But before that, it is still necessary to destroy hordes of enemies. The rules of the event are simple: for three weeks, in addition to the usual loot, collect cubes with letters from mobs and combine keywords: Lineage 2, Elmore or Aden. For each of the words Letter Collector will give you a reward. What would it be? It depends on your luck. 1. Where can I get letters? Go hunting and pick up event letters from usual monsters in Elmoreden! Event items can be obtained in Session Zones as well as in regular zones. Note that the drop penalty is applied if hunting dark-blue, blue or green monsters (check the mob's name color). Premium subscription and Maphr's Rune do not affect event item drop rate. In addition, the event item drop rate varies depending on the time of day (server time): All event letters are tradable. 2. How can I make up the word and get a reward? Players who participated in the Letter Collector event previously, probably remember that in any town there was an event NPC, which was in charge for event items exchange. From now on, you don't need to return to town to exchange the collected word for a reward from the NPC. In the updated Letter Collector event just click on the Reward button next to the collected word and get the reward directly to your inventory! (There must be at least one free inventory slot.) Click on the Letter Collector's Request button in the event sub-window to open the main interface. Then exchange the whole word for a reward by clicking on the Reward button above the corresponding word. You can get a reward only with a character of Lv. 95 and higher. For characters below level 95, the Reward button will be inactive. However, you can still obtain letters in the hunting zones below level 95 (but not in the zones below level 85). The collected word can be exchanged for a random reward in the event UI.
