Hey, from where i can receive these red libra requests quests? I can't find npc blue or red anywhere?
in theory, the NPC should be in Giran, in the main square area leading to the blacksmith( or at least, that's where the map shows the NPC location when you check the quests list ). i have not checked yet, but i can't guarantee you'll find it if it's an event NPC. apparently, quests are very limited on Essence. both in quantity, and rewards too...
